How to book with Pure Imagery!

-Decide on the category and package desired for your photoshoot.

-Pick a time and date that works for you.

-Contact Bradley by call or text to 505-400-2852, use contact tab on website or shoot an email to pureimageryphotoco@gmail.com.

-Set up consultation phone call to discuss photoshoot, acquire personal details, and access to  personalized Honeybook project profile.  

-Read and sign contract, make payments and track project via Honeybook.

-Receive text and email reminders leading up to appointment.

-Recommended to arrive at appointment 10-15 mins early. 

-Photographer will be on site 15 minutes before scheduled shoot time. 

-Lets shoot!

• $25 booking fee (non-refundable) transferable to another photo shoot if contacted 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. (Must be rescheduled within 90 days to retain deposit credit) If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of shoot the booking fee will be surrendered and the half down payment will roll over to next booking. If not rebooked within 90 days the half down payment will also be surrendered. 

• Booking confirmation sent via text and email. A reminder text and email will be sent out 24 hours prior to appointment time.

• Minimum half down payment is due 24 hours before scheduled shoot time. Remaining balance due when photos are completed and edited.

• Hourly and "by photo" projects are subject to specific pricing/downpayments detailed in the general photography contract.

• Photos delivered via PicTime.com within 14 days after photos are taken. Please inform if photos are needed ASAP.

• Travel fee- Within 25 Miles of Farmington NM FREE - Over 25 Miles $25.00 + 50 cents per mile.

• Time begins at appointment time. If a client is late the promised number of photos could vary.

• If running late due to unforeseen circumstances, please call Bradley at 505-400-2852 to discuss situation.

• Late past 15 minutes (without communication) is considered a no call no show. Client will forfeit 50% deposit and booking fee. Full reschedule will be required with a new booking fee. 

• Client is required to read and agree to full contract before making deposit on appointment.
